Marown	Octobr. 25. 1753

Thomas Cretny departed this Life about 
the 8th day of Augst. last Intestate. The
Court upon Intelligence thereof Decrees
his two children namely Thos. & Ann Cretny
joint Admrs. of all his Goods & Chattels 
moveable & immoveable whatsoever
who both being under age, their uncles by
the fathers side namely Willm. Cretny
Joseph Cretny, Wm Patr Kelly and Gilbert 
Cubon are sworn Supervisors & have the
Decd’s part of the children & their Goods
committed unto them who are also to bring
to the Registry a perfect Inventory of
the Effects of the Decd & have given pledges
in form of Law, namely the one for the
other severally. The widow is also sworn
to render a just Aid to the sd. Supervisors
who have promised to pay her eight shillg.
for the maintenance of the Children since
their father’s decease.

At KK Mich’l Novr. 6 1753 	Ro Radcliffe
the Supervisors have resigned to 
the Wid: the Tuition of the Decd’s part	Matthw. Curphey
of the children & their Goods, which
together with their maintenance she
undertakes & acknowledges to have rec’d
the 8th above promised & hath given pledges
in form of Law namely Alexander Cottier &
Jmaes Kelly both of Marown.

.An Inventory of the Effects of Tho’s. Cretney 
of the Parish of Marown estimated and priced by four sworn
men, viz John Kewley, John Gelling, Wm. Moore and Wm. 
Cain, the whole Effects between man & wife priced and
dec’ds part or Dimidium precii set down in manner following
August 24th 1753.
