Ann Fargher als Vondy departed this life about 
the 10th Day of March last past intestate. The 
Court having intelligence thereof hath decreed 
her two daughters namely Margaret & Alice 
Fargher joint Adminrxes of all her goods and 
chattels moveable & immoveable whatsoever. 
The rest of her children, as is alledged, having 
severally obtained Dowry by contract. Where-
-upon the sd  Margt & Alice are sworn for 
payment of debts according to law, & have 
given pledges namely Philip Moore & Willm 
Kermod --
