The last Will and Testament of Jane Radcliffe alias Lace
Of KK Andrews who departed this life about  the 20th of May 
1754. And was in perfect and sound mind and memory at the
making of it.
First she committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial
Item To her niece Jane Lace she left her own shaped clothes
         The white chest which her linnin was in, and two pewter
         Dishes. Item To Wm Lawson she left Ten shillings
         Legacy. Item To Ann Radcliffe she left Ten Shillings
         Legacy. Item To her brother Henry Lace she left
         Three shillings legacy. Item To Wm Radcliff she left
         Four shillings legacy. Item To Jane Kneen she left
         One ewe lamb. Item To Catherine Quay she left her
         Wearing – gown.
         Lastly she nominated and appointed her nephew Daniel
         Lace her lawful Execut. Of all the rest of her goods
         Moveable and immovable whatsoever and said withall 
         That she was making him Exec. Of her goods and 
         “____” she was giving it him as a “___” of gift. To the 
          witnesses of the will she left 10d each and left one legacy to
         any one that can claim or “___” any right to her
         goods.

	The Exec is sworn in Court in form of Law
	And Hath given pledges for payment 
	Of Debts and Legacys vizt. Capt Wm Cosnahan
	And Thomas Radcliffe of Ballaradcliffe.
