KK Arbory June 11th 1755
Catherine Cooile als Corkish departed this
life on or about the 28th day of Decemr last
Intestate - whereof the Court having Intelligence
hath Decreed her four children namely
Henry, Richd Joney & Patrick Cooile joint
Adminrs of all her goods & chattells moveable
& immoveable whatsoever - Patrick being under
age the other three are sworn supervisors
& consent that the father is to have the Tuition
of sd Patr: & his goods, whereup he the sd father
with sd supervisors are sworn for payment of
Debts according to Law and have given pledges
in form of Law namely Robt Christian & John
Duggan.

Articles of Agreemt beteeen Patrick Coole of KK Arbory
&his four Children viz: Richd Henry Patrick & Joney
joint Execrs of their Moth: Cath: Coole als Corkish
deceased with Respect
to their Right in the Goods & Effects of the Deced.
It is agreed upon that Patrick Coole aforesd pay unto the
above named Richd Henry Patrick & Joney his sd children
sixteen pounds to be equally divided among them viz four
pounds a piece clear of all Expenses Demands or Debts
wtsoever
that might arise as ..... on acct of the Decedt
The abovesd children Richd Henry Patrick & Joney do
hereby in behalf of themselves & one another Consent to Receive
the abovesd sum of sixteen pounds to be divided equally
among
them as aforesd in Lieu of their Respective Rights in the
goods & effects of their Mothr deceasd & accordingle do
by these presents give unto him their sd Fathr Pat: Coole
a full Discharge & Acquittance for all & every their Respective
Rights in sd Exectorship. As witness their hnads
this 10th day of Novr 1755.

Richd Coole, Joney Coole & Henry Coole in behalf of
themselves
Patr: Coole thier brother who is as yet underage acknowledged
the above Agreemt to be their Act & Deed, & declare they
are
..... ... agreement is full much to the advantage
.....
Patr: Coole the ..... engaged to give unto his son
Patr: twenty shills over & above his proprotion of the sixteen
pounds above mentioned, & also undertakes the tuition of his
said son. Whereupn the sd agreement is accepted as the
inventory of his wife Cath: Coole als Corkish. Ro: Radcliffe

At KK Michael Feb. 23th 1756
Henry Cooile son of Cath Cooile als Corkish acknowledged
to have received from his fathe Patr: Cooile the sum of four
pound being his proportion of the goods due unto him by his
sd mothers decease pursuant to the within agreemt & hereby
aquits & discharges his sd father & all others for the same.
