The Last Will & Testament of Anne Cain als.
Corlet of KK Michael who departed this life abt.
the latter end of March last, being of perfect mind
& memory at the making hereof ~ First she
committed her Soul to God and Body to Christian
burial ~ Item she left unto her youngest daur.
Ellinr.four pounds legacy ~ Item to her son Philip
eight shillings, he to be assisting to his sisters in
getting them justice if they should need ~ Item to her
two grand children (sd.Philip's children) a sheep be:
:teixt them ~ Item To her sd.youngest child some
of her head cloathes desiring that her Exexs.should
be kind to her Item to her husband Pat.Cain her
part of the feather Bed whereon she lay during his natural
life, afterwards the same to Descend to her Exexs.
Item she left six pence legacy to any p.son that
would legally pretend rt.to her Effects, and six pence
Legacy to the witnesses hereof and Lastly she
Nominated and appointed her two daughters
namely Elizabeth and Anne Cain sole and
Joint Executrixes of all the rest of her goods move:

At Lezayre Augt.5th.1757
Elizabeth and Ann Cain joint Exrxs.of their Mother
& exchange to their Brother
Ann Cain are hereby ordered to pay ^ Philip Garret the Sum
of eight shills.being a Legacy bequeathed to him sd.Philip by
sd.Ann Cain his Mother ~ with the further Sum of
one shill: & seven pence for Court ffees & for writing the
Will of sd.Ann, expended (as acknowledged) by sd. Philip ~
as also to deliver to him sd.Phil.a sheep left ??????
nine shills.& seven pence ~ Otherwise they are to be
comitted in St.German's until they submit & pay all ffees
