Philip Caine perished by sea on the coast of Scotland on or 
about the 13th of Septr last intestate. The Court upon the 
intelligence thereof hath decreed his six children namely 
Cath. Elizth Samuel, Philip, Mary & Jane Caine joint A
dminors of all his goods & chattells moveable & 
immovable whatsoever, who being all underage their uncle 
Willm Caine is sworn supervisor by whose consent the deads 
part of the children's & their goods is committed to their 
mother who is accordingly sworn to bring an Inentory to the 
registry, as also for paymt of Debts & pledges in form 
of Law are John Gill of Lezayre & John Shimmin of Ramsey the 
other uncles of the orphans are also to be sworn supervisors & unless 
they contribute towards their maintenance their proportion of sd orphans 
& their goods is to be committed unto them.
