Rushin 1756, 28 The last Will and Testament of Mary Keig who departed this life about March 31th anno predict. Imprimis, She commended her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, She bequeathed unto CATHARINE CUBBON a new petticoat being the last she had made, and a gown of stuff double & twist, and a smock of linen and a little wheel. Item, She bequeathed to her BROTHER WM KEIG six pence. Lastly, She nominated constituted and appointed her loving BROTHER and her DAUGHTER DOROTHY QUAY ALS NORRIS joint Execrs of all the rest of her good moveable and immoveable whatsoever, which they might keep between them while they lived together, and if they parted that the said goods might be equally divided. Witnesses present: Margt Cubbon als Gawn X, Jony Kelly als Gell X, juratae. AT A CHAPT: THE EXECUTORS are sworn in Court in form of Law and have given pledges for parmt of debts and legacies vizt, Wm Cashen senr, & John Christian Sumner of Rushen.
