This is affirmed to be last Will & Testament of Alice
Radcliffe of KK Andrews who departed this Life on
the first day May last & was in perfect & sound
mind & memory at ye making of it ~
First she comited her soul to God & her Body to
Christian Burial.
Itt: To her son Thos she left five shillings Legacy ~
Itt: To her two Daughters Joney & Ann she left her
shap'd Clothes Equally betwixt them. To sd Daughter
Joney A canvass. To sd daughter Ann A fledge
& an old Chest. And said withall that no body was
indebted to her and yt she ow'd no body any debt
but Three pence she ow'd Jack's wife. Lastly
she nominated and appointed her son John ~
Radcliffe Sole & lawfull Execr of all the Rest of
her Goods Movable & Immovable whatsoever. To the
Witnesses of this Will she left upon her sd Execr to satis
fy them in their Legacy for their trouble.

The Execr is sworn in Court in form of Law &  has given pledges
for payment of Debts & Legacies namely Ja. Tear & Ewan Skinner
