David Radcliffe perished by sea on the Coast
Of England on or about the 1st Nov 1756 Intestate
And whereas after publication made, no person has
Appeared to administer his effects the Court hath
Thereupon committed the administration unto
James Kelly sumner of the parish who for the
Preservation of the rights of creditors and all
Concerned is fort with to Inventory the goods of
The Dec’d at the valuation of four honest men
And to sell the same by publick Cant if need required
As also to payall Debts as the Court shall order
Pledges for security of the office are John Stole
Parish Clerk and Wm Cottier “____”. The widow is
Sworn to render a just account of the goods.
