Mary Killy als Shimin of the parish of KK Braddan deeds all her goods and chattels to her loving son John Creer also of KK Braddan, for looking after her in her diminishing years. A deed of gift signed and dated 3rd December 1740. Signed by Mary Kelly and John Creer and witnessed by Thomas Kelly and John Clague and acknowledged by John Taubman. At a Chapter court in Castletown on 26th October 1757 this deed was accepted as the last will and testament of Mary Kelly and John Creer was sworn executor.
