Henry Killey of Ballakaighin departed this life on or about the 19th of
February lst intestate. The court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed
his four children namely Henry, Christian, John, and Margaret Killey joint
administrator of all his goods and chattels moveable and imoveable
whatsoever, - John and Margaret being under age, they with their goods are
committed to the tuition of Henry and Christian, who are sworn in form of
law, and are to bring a perfect and inventory to the registry - and have
given pledges for payment of debts and forth coming of the goods according
to law namely John Kaighin of Scarisdale and Wm Gawn of Ballakaighin a
legacy to the widow on sight of the inventory.
