The last will and testament of Thomas Cain of the 
parish of KK Patrick who departed this life about 
the second day of March in the year one thousand 
seven and fifty eight. 
First, he commended his soul to Almighty God and 
his body to Christian burial.
He left and bequeathed his goods, chattels and 
effects moveable and immoveable to his loving 
brother Reverend Mr. Robert Radcliffe Vicar of 
KK Patrick and appointed him his executor. 
This the said testator pronounced and declared in 
the presence of us the subscribing witnesses. 
Witnesses: 
   Henry Waterson 
   Henry Quillam. 

At a Chapter Court holden at Balnyhown June 23, 1758, 
the executor is sworn in Court in form of Law 
and hath given pledges for payment of debts and 
legacies namely Mr. John Quillin of Castletown 
and Mr. Thomas McNaughton of Douglas.
