This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Anne Quinney als Moore
of the parish of KK St Anne who departed this life on or about the 10th
April last past - being in perfect mind and memory at the making hereof.
IMP:  She committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
Item: She bequeathed to all persons that would set up any legal
profession to her effects - six pence legacy.
Lastly she bequeathed to her daughter Anne Quinney all her effects moveable
and immoveable  and nominated constituted and appointed her said daughter
her executrix.

At a Chapter Court at Castletown May 30th 1759.
The executrix is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for
payment of debts and legacies viz Thos Callow and Thomas Looney the
witnesses.
