Ellinor Martin, 1759

Ellinor Martin departed this life on or about the 21st of March 
last Intestate – The Court having intelligence therefore hath 
Decreed her brothers and sisters namely Thos, Henry, Ann and 
Cath joint Administrators of all her goods and Chattles 
whatsoever. Thos and Henry with John Corris husband of Ann 
and ... husband of Cath are sworn for payment of Debts as 
also to be just to one another in the Division of the Goods and 
have given pledges in form of Law namely Henry Killey and 
William Quilliam both of Kirk Patrick.
