Thomas Fargher, 1759

34            Lonan

This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Thomas Fargher
of KK Lonnon who departed this life about the 20th March 
being of perfect mind and memory at ? the making hereof. 
First he committed his soul unto God and his body to 
a Christian burial --- Item he left and bequeathed 
twenty shillings legacy unto his grandson 
Thos Skillicorn. 
Item he left sixpence legacy to any person that 
might claim any right or tittle (sic) to his goods & effects
hereafter ---- Item he left sixpence apiece 
legacy to the witnesses of this his last will.
Lastly he ordained & appointed his loving daughter 
Elizabeth Skillicorn als Fargher whole Exctx of all the 
rest of his goods moveable & immoveable in what 
kind or nature soever

The Exx sworn in court in form of Law & hath
given pledges for payment of Debts & Legacies vizt
