Kirk Marown 			October 29 1759

Thomas Caine departed this life on or about the 27th August last intestate.  This Court
hearing intelligence thereof Decrees his son namely Thomas Caine sole Administrator of 
all his Goods and Chattells moveable and immoveable whatsoever.  William the other 
son having obtained dowry by marriage contract - Thos aforesaid is thereupon sworn for 
payment of Debts and hath given pledges in form of Law namely Robt Kelly and Willm 
Caine aforesaid.
