This is Affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of
Margaret Killey als Quilliam of KK Patrick who
Departed this Life the 12th Febry 1759. Being 
in perfect Mind and Memory at the making thereof
First She Committed her Soul to Almighty God and
Her Body to Christian Burial.
Itm. She left to her Son James Killey a Bowl of Oats
Itm. She left to her five other Children Twenty Shill
ings apiece
Itm She left to her two eldest Daughters all her Cloaths
both Linnon and Woolon
Lastly She Nominated and appointed her Loving Hus
band John Killey whole and sole Exectr of all the
Rest of her Goods moveable and unmoveable

   At a Chapter Court holden at Balnyhowin June 1st 1759
The Exetr is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath the tuition 
of the Children and their Goods Committed unto him to which and
as also for payment of Debts, Legacies he hath given pledges

I Ellinr Killey Daughter of the within named Testator Margt Killey als Quilliam
do hereby acknowledge to have recd from my father John Killey of KK Patrick Exectr of
my sd decd mother Margt Killey the full Sum of Twenty shillings and also my share or half of my sd mother’s Cloathes both Linnon & Woolen, being the Legacy which was left & bequeathed to me by my Dd mother and I do hereby release acquit &
discharge my said father John Killey the Extr Admtr  ---- thereof for-ever
 as Witness my mark to my name this 3d Octr 1766
