Nicholas Leece departed this life on or about 
the 10th day of Janry. last past intestate. 
The court having intelligence thereof hath
decreed his brother Robt Leece sole 
administrator of all his goods and chattels 
moveable and immoveable whatsoever, who 
having in Court relinquished his right of
the administration unto Robt. Moore, he 
the said Moore is thereupon sworn for 
payment of debts and hath given pledges 
in form of law, namely John Stole parish
clerk and Capt. Thos. Moore
