This is affirmed to be the last will and testament 
of PATRICK CHRISTIAN SON OF DANIEL CHRISTIAN of 
BallaCoary and parish of KK andreas who departed 
this life in March last past in the year 1760, 
and was in perfect mind and memory at the making of it.  
He committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial.  
Item, To his BROTHER WILLIAM he left all his shaped 
clothes and his shoes and a fine shirt to NELLY 
SAID WILLIAM'S WIFE.  
Item, to his young SISTER he left five shillings 
legacy and a new gown.  
Item, To BAHEE LACE a black Basilonia handcherchief.  
Item, To his BROTHER THOMAS and to his SISTER 
CATHARINE he left six pence each.  
Item, he declared that he owed JOHN CHRISTIAN 
four pence and a penny to STOMPY'S WIFE.  
Lastly, he nominated and appointed his FATHER 
DANIEL CHRISTIAN his lawful Executor of all 
the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable 
whatsoever.  To the witnesses of this Will 
he left twelve pence each.

Richard Christian, 
Ellinor Cormode.       

AT A CONSISTORY COURT HOLDEN at 
Lezayre, June 26th, 1760: 
The Executor is sworn in Court in form 
of Law and hath given pledges for payment 
of debts and legacies vizt., 
Richard Christian and John Radcliffe."
