John Creer departed this Life on or about the
7th day of Janry last Intestate – The Court having
Intelligence thereof Decrees his three Children
namely Thos. Cath: & Ellinr Creer joint Adminrs
of all his Goods & Chattels moveable & immoveable
whatsoever – Cath: & Ellinr being under age, their
brother Thos is sworn supervisor & hath consented that
sd Cath: & Ellinr with their Goods be committed to the
Tuition of their mother namely Margt Creer, who
with sd Thos are sworn to bring a perfect Inventory
to the Registry, as also for paymt of Debts according
to Law & have given pledges namely John Crebbin,
of KK Santon & Hen Waterson of KK Arbory
