KK Braddan
The Last Will and Testament of Ann Kelly of the parrish
of KK Braddan who Departed this Life about the 16th day Octr, 1760
She Being in perfect mind and memory at the making
Thereof
First She Commended her soul to God and her Body to Christian
Burial
Secondly She Left to her sister Isable Creer a Cow called Glassag
Thirdly She Left to Will Johnston a Cow called Stately
She left to the above sister Isable a horse called the Brown horse
She Left to her Bror, Willm, a mare and fole, and all her
Share of the Sheepe
She Left to her Brother, Robt, and Patrick Claigue
Her Crop of corn Between them,
Shee Left to Patrick Claigue junr, a furlett of Barley, and a
Bowl of meat Corn to Elinor Taggrett and her Blew Gownd?
And Black petticoat
She Left to her sister Isable her fur hat and her Bror Robt
To pay for it and a Black petticoat
She Left to her mother her Dominey and Black hankerchiff
She Left all her Cloths Linnen and Woolen between her
Sisters
She Left to her Bror in Law Thos Quine forty shillings
She Left her Bror, Robt, to Give her sister Isable some money
What he thought fit and six penc Legacy to Everyone that
Will Claime
Lastly She appointed and Nominated her Bror Robt Creer
Whole and sole Executor of all the Rest of her goods
And Lands movable and Immoovable of what kind and
Nature soever –

Robt Creer is sworn Execr in Court in form of Law and
Has given pledges for payment of Debts & Legacies namely

Wm Johnston one of the Legatees of Ann Kelly came this day tp the
Registry & received from the Robt Creer the Execr the sum of one
Pound four shills & six pence being the latter paymt on acct of the
Legacy of the Cow stately bequeathed unto him, & herby acquits
& Discharges the sd Robt Creer his Exrs & Admrs in full of the Legacy
Bequeathed unto him by sd Testr Witness his mark to his
Name - Wm Johnston his mrk X
