The last will and testament of Henry Lace Sen. of 
Peeltown who being of perfect mind & memory at the making 
thereof and declaring hereof committed his soul to 
Almighty God and his body to Christian burial.
He left and bequeathed to his eldest son Henry Lace all 
his wearing apparel both linnen & woolens together with 
all his ladders, xxxx, xxxxxx, Graper and all other 
husbandry gears & implements whatsoever.
He left to his loving wife Alice Lace als Brew all his 
winter wool in the house, together with the big tin chest 
& the potts & potthooks that she had at their marriage.
He left to his son Wm. Lace his mothers black oak chest 
together with his choice of the sheep in the Congary.
He left to his son Peter Lace six pence Legacy
He left to the vicr. Of the parish a choice mutton & to 
Tho. Clark two shillings Britt.
Lastly he nominated constituted & appointed his two 
daughters Jane Ervine & Elizabeth Kaighan whole and soul 
Exec. of all the rest of his goods and effects moveable 
and immoveable whatsoever

At a court of correction holden at Ballinghowin March 
21st 1760 David Kaighan husband of Elizabeth together 
with Jane Ervin are sworn in court in form of law and 
have given pledges in form of law vizt. H. Mylvorrey &
