This is affirmed to be the last will 
& Testament of Daniel Boddagh 
made this 12th.day of Janry.1761 
who being weak in body but of per- 
fect mind and memory at the making 
thereof ~ 
1st He Committed his soul to God & 
his body to a Christian Burial - 
Item he left and bequeathed to his 
son Phillip Boddagh his choice of 
the Con's. Item he left to his Daugh- 
ter Anne Boddagh the sum of twenty 
shillings Item he left all his sheaffed 
apparel between his son Phillip Bod- 
dagh & his son in Law Thomas 
?Taubman ~ 
Item he left six pence Legacy to 
whoever that would sue ~ 
He left to the witnesses of his will six 
pence each ~ 
And Lastly he Nominated and 
appointed his loving wife Anne 
Boddagh sole Executrix of all the 
rest of his Goods moveable and Im- 
eable whatsoever ~
