Isabel Creer als Cottier departed this Life on or about
the 29th day of Septr last past Intestate – The Court
upon Intelligence thereof Decrees her only Child
namely John Creer sole Adminr of all her Goods &
Chattels moveable & immoveable whatsoever, who
being under age, Robt Cottier uncle by the mother’s
side & Robt Cottier the Grandfather are sworn Super:
:visors in form of Law, & have the Dead’s part of the
orphan & her Goods committed unto them, who are to
bring a perfect Inventory to the Registry & have
given Pledges in form of Law namely Nichs. Quirk
& John Stevenson both of KK Braddan.  Philip Creer
the widower is likewise sworn to render a just acct of
the Goods, in order to be Inventory’d.
