John Fargher perished by Sea on or about the 29th day of July last past
Intestate  — The Court having Intelligence thereof Decrees his six children
namely Willm Thos Margt Ellinr Ann & Mary Fargher joint Adminrs of all his
Goods & Chattels moveable & imoveable whatever —
Willm being abst Thos aforesd & John Callow husband of Ellinr with Robt
Callow husband of Margt as also Ann & Mary aforesd are sworn for payment of
Debts, as also to be just the one to the other & likewise to their absent
brother in the division of the Goods & have given pledges in form of Law
namely Capt John Clucas & Wm Lewney both of Kk Santan
