This is affirmed to be the Last will & Testament of John Kelly of the
parish of KK Lonnan, who departed this Life about the 5th of August
1762--being at perfect mind and memory at the making hereof
first He committed his Soul unto God and his body to a Christian burial
Item  He bequeathed & Left all his Right of the Land & houses unto his wife
Margtt Kelley als Skillicorn during her life time then she the said Margtt
to Leave the said land and houses unto whom she please of the three boyes
Lawfully begotten between her and her said Husband John Kelley--and she the
said Margtt consented unto this his will to give her proportion of the
foresaid land & houses--unto ye said boy whom so ever of the foresd three
boyes she would ordain it to at her decease--and the said Land & houses to
pass in the Nature of Inheritance
Item  he ordained that who so ever of the said boyes, she the said Margtt
would ordain and appoint the said Land and houses unto at her decease
--then he that boy to give four pounds per peice unto the other three boys
Item  He Left all what right he had in sheep unto his three eldest boyes
vizt Thos
 James and John Kelley and the Benefitt of the said sheep unto their mother
untill the youngest of the said three boyes would arrive to the age of
fourteen years
Item He Left a guinea unto his daughter Isable Kelley
Item he Left six pence Legacy unto any person that might claime any right
of Tittle to his goods & Effects hereafter
Item He Left the tuition of the children and their goods unto the care of
their mother Margtt Kelley als Skillicorn
Lastly He ordained & appointed his Loveing wife Margtt Kelley als
Skillicorn whole Executor of all the Rest of his goods both moveable and
Immoveable of what kind or Nature so ever
