At a Consistory Court holden at Balnyhown July 14, 1763.
Philip Kaighin of Peeltown departed this life on or about the 29th day of
December last intestate. The court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed
his three children namely Willm, James, and Ann Kaighin joint administrators
of all his goods and chattels moveable and immoveable whatsoever - William
being at present out of this Island, James and Ann are sworn for payment of
debts according to law as also to be just the one to the other and thier
absent brother in the division of the goods and have given pledges in form
of law namely Patrick Lace Senior of Peeltown and Wm Quine of KK Patrick.
