Philip Killey departed this life on or about the 1st day of April intestate.
The court upon intelligence thereof decrees his six children namely
James, Willm, Philip, Cath: Elizth, and Margt Killey sole and joint
administrators of all his goods and chattels moveable and immoveable
whatsoever, John, Mary, and Ann Killey his other three children having
severally been provided for by contract bargain. Margt being under age and
Elizth absent John, James, Willm, Philip, and Cath are sworn supervisors of
Margt and consent that the deads part of the said child be committed to the
tuition of her mother they are also sworn to bring a perfect inventory to
the registry John and James aforesaid have the minor's goods in their hands.
Pledges in form of law are Hugh Shimin and John Gell Kynna both of KK German
Decretum est
