Last will and testament of Mary Moore als Fargher[?], 
who departed this life the 20th February 1763. . . 
She bequeathed to Nancy xxx[?] and Ann Christian 
the sum of five pounds Manks Currency . . . 
Lastly, she nominated constituted and appointed 
her niece Joney Kerruish sole and whole executor 
of all the rest of her goods and effects . . . 
Witnesses: 
Isabel Crowe, 
Christian Criggett 

At a consistory court holden at KK Michael March 18, 1763, 
William Bigg [or Prigg] husband of Joney Kerruish 
the executor named is sworn well and truly 
to execute the last will and testament of 
Mary Muire the testatrix and hath given pledges 
for payment of debts and legacies according 
to law, namely John Callister and John Crosby 
both of Ramsey 

3rd Aug 1763: Captn George Murray in behalf 
of Mr David Forbes enters a claim against 
the executors of Mary Muir for the sum of £44.7.0 ½ British 

Same day: Mr John David[?] enters a claim 
agains the executors of Mary Muir for the sum of £45.15.1 ½ British 

4th Nov 1763: 
Captn George Murray in behalf of Mr David Forbes 
enters a claim against the executors of Mary Muir 
for the sum of £0.15.0 British 

25 Nov 1763: 
Captn George Murray in behalf of Mr David Forbes 
enters agains do. For £40.0.0 British 

25 Nov 1763: 
The Revd John Crellin [or Crebbin] chaplain 
and Mr Edward Allen and Mr William Christian 
wardens of Ramsey enter against the executor of do. For £0.10.6 British
