39     Castletown
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of John Saint 
of Castletown who departed this life on or about the 17th of 
March 1764, being of perfect mind and sound memory of the making thereof. 
First, he committed his soul of God and his body to Christian burial. 
Also, he left and bequeathed to his son John Saint all the tools 
which he had belonging to the glazing trade. Also, he left and 
bequeathed to his daughter Jane Fairbrother als Saint six pence 
legacy. And also left and bequeathed six pence legacy to every 
person that would claim any further right to any of his effects. 
And lastly he constituted and appointed his son in law William 
Gell sole Executor of all his worldly effects movable and immoveable 
of whatsoever or kind soever.

The Executor is sworn in Court in form 
of Law and has given pledges for payment
