This is affirmed to be the Last will and Testament of John Killip [late
school master and clerk] of the parish of KK Lonnan, who Departed this Life
the 17th March 1764, being then in perfect mind and memory at the making
thereof
first he committing his Soul to the Hands of almighty God and Body to
Christian Burial And as to his worldly Effects he bequeathed them in manner
following
Itm he Left and bequeathed Twenty shillings unto his son Wm Killip of the
money Remaining in his hands Due unto the Testator
he further Left six pence Legacy to any Person or Persons that would claim
any Right to his Effects
Lastly he Revoking all other wills made, words, or Intentions uttered,
Declared this to be his Last will & Testament and nominated and appointed
therein his only Daughter Ellinor Killip whole & sole Executrx of all the
rest of his Goods and Chattles both moveable & immoveable of what Kind or
nature so ever

At a Chapter Court holden in KK Marown 25th Jan 1764
The Exx is Sworn in Court in form of Law & hath given pledges to the paymt
of Debts & Legacies namely John Kewley & John Cowin both of KK Lonan the
witnesses of the Will
