In the Name of God Amen Feb11th.1765.
I Thos.Cannell of Cloister in KK Michael Being Sick and weake
in Body But of Perfect Mind and Memory do Make this My Last
Will and Testament in Manner and form following first I Commit
my Soul to God and My Body to Christian Burial ~
Itm.I Leave and Bequeath to My Best? Son John Cannell
all My Purchased Lands and Houses of what Nature & kind so Ever
the Wife Chatrine Cannell als Kaighin Consenting thereunto that all
Her Part or Moiety of the Aforesd.Lands And Houses Shall Descend unto
sd.son after Her Decease we the sd.Thos.Cannell and Wife Letting the
Whole to Pass as Inheritance or Heirship and upon that Account
I Leave on My sd.Son the Sum of Ten Pounds Each to My Three
Daughters Vizto Margt.,Christianand Chatrine, Provided the
sd.Lands is to Be Dispersed and Enjoyed Wholy By his Mother
untill the Aforsd.Son Arive to the Age ofTwenty years, and then
we to Possess the Principal and to Pay the Aforementioned Sum of
Thirty Pounds to My three Daurs.Aforsd.and In Case he Pay Not
the Aforesd.Sum the Aforsd.Daurs.assets Keep and Enjoy that Part
or Parcell of the Premisses Called By the Name of ImmyDoo
and BaallieTreen untill they Be Paid and satisfied with the afore

Have in their Keeping to be Equally Betwixt My Above sd.Son
John Cannell, and Bridgitt Cannell a daughter of Wm.Cannell Aforsd.

Provided and upon that account that they shall stay to work the ?

Ittm.I Leave Six pence Apiece to any that shall Claime further

Exeuctrix of All the Rest of My Goods Movable and Imovable Whatsoever
Lastly, I Leave one shilling and sixpence Each to the Witnesses of this Will.

Caterine Cannell the widow has consented that her part
of the purchased Lands & houses shall descend as more?
expressed in the within Will- She also undertakes the
Tuition fo the Dead's part of the Children & their Goods
and is sworn for payment of Debts & Legacies in form
of Law and hath given pledges accordingly namely John
Cannell of Ballacrenane & John Kaighin of Kemooghy
Solvit 18d. Probatum est RoRadcliffe Matthw.Curghey
27th.Feb1762 James Corkill enters agt.the Exrs.of Thos.Cannell for 9s6d.
Whereas Thomas Cannell of Cloister in the parish of KK
Michael bequeathed to his three daughters namely Margaret Christian
and Catherine the sum of Ten pounds each and where
by the death of Catherine one of the said Daughters her
Legacy hath fallen to her surviving Brother and Sisters.
Therefore Know all men by these presents that I
Patrick Cowley husband of the said Margaret and
I Christian Cannell before named do acknowledge
to have received from our Brother John Cannell the
sum of Ten pounds each as also our proportion of
the Legacy bequeathed to our sister & sd.husband
decd.and do hereby exonerate acquit and discharge
the said John Cannell our Brother and everyall
Person of the same and every part thereof
