   This is afirmed to be the last will and testmt of John Kindred
   in the parish of KK Marown. Though weak in body, yet of a sound and
   perfect understaning. Departed this life about the seventeenth day of January
   1765;
Imprimis He committed his soul to God and his body to decent Christian
   burial
Item He left and bequeathed to his loving wife Anne Kindred his part or moiety
   of a web of white unmilled cloaths;
Item He left and bequeathed to his three sons namely Jno Wm & Thos Kindred
   his part or moiety of all his horses to be equally between them his said
   sons;
Item He left and bequeathed to his said sons namely Wm & Thos his part or
   moiety of two cows; a blanket & a coverlard to be equally between the
   sd Wm & his son Thos
Item He left and bequeathed to his said son thos his part or moiety of his
   corn and als his moiety of a heifer; his part of a peice of brown
   cloath then in the house, a pair of breeches, and a sheep;
Item He left and bequeathed to his afforesaid wife and sons Wm & Thos
   his part of moiety of the plough beam & all the irons apperturning
   thereunto his part of the harrows spades & husbandry gears
   also his moiety of the earthen crocks. If they his said sons Wm & Thos
   remained or continued with his said wife, their mother, to occupy
   the croft, which she holds of Ballaquinney in the aforementioned
   parish, and to repair sd husbandry gears equal with their sd
   mother, but in case the said Wm and Thos did would not remain
   with their sd mother to occupy the aforesd croft, that then
   and in that case he bequeathed to his said wife his part of the
   afforesd plough and its matrials, together with his part of the
   husbandry gears aforementioned; but the said earthen crocks
   to remain equally between his said wife & his sd sons Wm
   and Thomas;
Lastly He nominated and appointed his said loving wife
   Anne Kindred and his said affectionate son Thos Kindred, to be his
   sole Exectrs of this his last will and testamt leaving to them
   all his goods (not disposed of by this will) moveable & immov
   =able; and this we publish and declare to be the last will and
   testament of the said testaor John Kinred, made in the presence
   of us the subscribing witnesses.

The Execrs are sworn in Court in form of Law & have
given pledges for payment of Debts & Legacies namely
the witnesses of the will.
