This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
RICHARD FAYLE of Ballacain in the Parish of KK Onchan, 
who was of sound mind & understanding at the making 
thereof, being the sixth day of February 1765.  
And first, he left & bequeathed unto his GRANDDAUGHTER 
MARY CHRISTIAN a guinea. And all the rest of his goods 
& effects movable & immovable of what kind or denomination 
soever he left unto his DAUGHTER ANN FAYLE, and 
constituted & appointed her, his said DAUGHTER ANN 
FAYLE whole Executrix of his last will & Testament.  
He also order'd & left six pence legacy to every other 
person that wou'd claim any right to his effects.  
Witnesses present: 
Tho Quayle, 
Alice Kewley her X mark, jurati.                      

AT A CHAPTER COURT HOLDEN IN KK MAROWN June 17, 1765
The Execrx is sworn in Court in form of Law & has given pledges 
for payment of debts & legacies namely Edmd Christian of KK Onchan 
& Ro: Corlet of Douglas.
