Kirk Marown			Feb 25. 1765

Mary Cretny als Bowles departed this life on or
about the 18th day of Novr. last Intestate. The Court
upon Intelligence thereof Decrees her next Relation
namely Mary Caine als. Kermod sole Adminr. of all
her Goods & Chattels moveable & immoveable what-
soever. Thos. Caine husband of sd. Mary has in the face
of this Court relinquished the s d. Administration unto
Willm. Cretny the Widower who is sworn for payment 
of Debts according to Law & hath given Pledges namely
Mr. Thos. Fargher of Kirk Malew & Wm. Cubbon Junr. of Kirk
Marown.
