The last Will and Testament of Eleanr Qualtrough
als. Waterson of the Parish of Trinity Rushen, who de-
parted this Life Septr 5th 1766.

First She commanded her soul to Almighty God and her
body to Christian burial.

  Itm. She bequeathed twenty shillings to her son Wm Qualtrough
  Itm. She bequeathed to her son Ewan Qualtrough the Sum of 
five pounds of the money which she had in mortgage in the
Estate of William Corrin of Colby in the Parish of Kk Arbory 
besides fourty shillings which her said son had already in his 
hands, which made in the whole seven pounds.
  Itm. She bequeathed to the Vicr of the Parish five shillings
  Itm. She bequeathed to the poor of the Parish ten shillings
  Lastly, She nominated, constituted and appointed her
loving son Henry Qualtrough sole Execr. of all the rest of her
Goods, chattles and Effects moveable and immoveable willing
and appointing that her said son Henry should not sell or other-
wise  dispose of her Quarter of Kentraugh miln to another per-
son, but to leave the same to either of his brothers above
mentioned, whosoever of them should be kindest to him.

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown Novr 19 1766

    The execr. is sworn in Court in form of law & has given
     pledges for payment of Debts & Legacies namely, John 
    Waterson & John Waterson the witnesses of the Will.
