German 1766
John Caine of Ballagirr in the parish of KK German departed this life on
or about the 31st day of Jan last past intestate. The court upon
intelligence thereof and full hearing of all parties concerned hath
decreed his children by a later venter namely John and Isabel Caine sole
and joint administrators of all his goods and chattels moveable and
immoveable whatsoever; his children by a former venter namely Joney
wife of Silvester Clark, Margaret now wife of Wm Cooile and Catherine wife
of Thos Killip having severally been provided for by marriage portion -
John and Isabel aforesaid being under age, Silvester Clark,Wm Cooile and
Thos Killip aforesaid are sworn supervisors and have Isabel with her
goods committed unto them, as John and his goods is committed to the mother
- she with the said supervisors are sworn to bring to the
Registry a perfect inventory as also for payment of debts and according to
law. Pledges in form of law for the widow are John Quiggin and Wm Cannell
butcher both of KK Michael for the supervisors, John Christian Smith and
John Caine (Bahee) both of said parish.
