John Kewley departed this Life on or about the 20 th day of July last past
Intestate ­ The Court upon Intelligence thereof Decrees his only Child
namely Ellinor Kewley sole Adminrx of all his Goods & Chattels moveable &
immoveable whatsoever. Thomas Corlett husband of sd ellinor is thereupon
sworn for payment of debts and hath given pledges inform of Law namely John
Fayle & Robt Looney both of Douglas
