John Cubbon departed this life on or about the 8th day of this inst
intestate - The court having intelligence thereof hath decreed his two
children namely Henry and Joney Cubbon sole and joint Administrator of all
his goods and chattels moveable and immoveable whatsoever, Mary and Ellinor
other two of the intestates children having severally been provided for by
marriage portion as aledged Henry and Jane aforesd are there upon sworn well
and truly to administer the goods of the deceased as also for payment of
debts and having given pledges in form of law namely Robert Cubbon and
Edward Gell both of Rushen  Decretum Est  Maths Curghey
