54 Malew This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Margery wife of Wm Mylchreest of BallaModda of the parish of K Malew who departed this life on Sunday the 6th day of December 1767. Being in perfect mind and memory at the making thereof. First she recommended her soul to God in hope of mercy thru Christ her body to Christian burial. Item she left Edman Ncens wife one pound and one pewter dish being the second choice. Item she left Thos Mylchreest the heir of Ballmodda the Ivan Great that was sett in the parlor. Lastly she nominated and appointed Catharine Mylchreest her stepdaughter sole executor of all the rest of the goods be they of what denomination soever excluding and depriving all relations of with six pence legacy each that should make any the least pretensions to claim witnesses present: Margaret Halsal als Curphey her x mark Isabel Quayle als Corrin her x mark 15 Jun 1768 Executor sworn in court in form of law pledges Wm Lewney and John Quayle
