20         Patrick
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament 
of Isabel Kelly als Quay wife ot Patrick Kelly of 
KK Patrick who departed this life about the 6th day 
of December 1767, being in perfect mind and memory 
at the making thereof.  
First, she committed her soul to Almighty god and 
her body to Christian burial.  
Itm, She left and bequeathed unto her son Charles 
Key the sum of four shillings, and unto her son 
Gilbert Key the sum of four shillings, And unto her 
son Thomas Key the sum of four shillings, and unto 
her son John Key the sum of four shillings.  
Itm, She left to her daughter Isabel Kelly the sum 
of twenty shillings, together with a coverlet, and 
a blanket, and a sheet.  
Itm, She left unto her son William Kelly the sum of 
ten shillings to be paid out of the money or cash 
that her son Silvester Kelly owed to her and to 
her husband Patrick Kelly by a Deed of Settlement 
and that the said ten shillings was not to be paid 
unto the said Wm Kelly till after the death of her 
said husband Patrick Kelly.  
Itm, She left upon her son Silvester Kelly that 
if in case he would strive or go to law with her 
Executrix for the cupboard that he was to pay the 
sum of ten shillings unto the Executrix for her 
part of the cupboard.  
Lastly She nominated and appointed her daughter 
Anne Kelly whole and sole Executrix of all the 
rest of her goods moveable and immoveable excluding 
all other craving persons with six pence apiece legacy.

                 in Peeltown 12th February 1768
The Executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law & 
hath given pledges for the payment of debts and 
legacies namely Thomas Kermode &  John Gell the 
witnesses of the Will both of KK Patrick.

Isabel Kelly acknowledged to have received the several 
legacies bequeathed to her by the will of her mother 
Isabel Kelly als Quay and doth hereby acquit and release 
her Executrix of the same.
