Simon Creetch, 1770

   This is affirmed to be the last Will & testament
   of Simon Creetch of KK Braddan who died
   in the Month of .... he being in
   perfect sound mind & memory at the
   making thereof.
First he committed his soul to God & his body
   to be buried at the charge of his Exrs herein
   after mentioned.
Item to his son Robert he left his best Can.. or
   a Crown.
Item to evry claimer he left six pence legacy.
Lastly He nominated constituted & appointed his
   daughter Alice & his son in law Wm Cannon
   her husband whole & sole Exrs of the residue
   of his effects.

the Extrx is sworn .. in Court in form of Law
& has given pledges for payment of Debts
& Legacies namely the Witnesses of the Will.
