Jane Creetch als Cowley departed this life the 27th day of Jan last
intestate.
The court having intelligence thereof decrees her three children namely
Danl, Philip, and Elizabeth Creetch joint administrators of all her goods
and chattels moveable and immoveable whatsoever, Joney and Cath the
intestate's daughters having been provided for my marriage contract Daniel,
Philip, and Elizth aforsd being severally arrived to lawful age are sworn
for payment of the intestate debts according to law, as also to be just the
one to the other in the division of the goods and have given
pledges in form of law namely Danl Creetch their father and Ja:Clucas
Sumner. The father if also sworn to render a just acct of the goods of the
