John Kennish departed this life on or about the 7th day of October last
intestate.  The court upon intelligence thereof decrees his three brothers
namely Thomas, Christopher, and Wm Kennish joint administrators of all his
goods and chattels whatsoever, who being all of lawful age, have surrendered
the administration unto their father Barnabas Kennish and he is thereupon
sworn for payment of the intestate debts according to law and has given
pledges accordingly namely John Moore of Sulbrick and Wm Callow both of KK
Santan.        Decretum Est  Ja:Wilks and John: Moore.
