At KK Michael Feb. 4 1771
John Garret of the Parish of Jurny perished by water
in Sulby River on or about the 1st day of Jany last Intes-
tate. The Court upon Intelligence thereof hat Decreed his
Brother & Sister namely Philip Garret & Cath: Garret ~
joint Adminrs of all his Goods & Chattels moveable & imove-
able whatsoever – who are thereupon sworn to bring a
perfect Inventory to Registry as also for payment of
Debts and have given Pledges in form of Law namely
Patr: Clark & Patr: Stephan both of Jury
memdm that the Intestate’s Illegi: Child is to be considered
(a right being reserved to that end) on a Distribution of
Sd Intestate’s Goods ~
