This is affirmed to be the last will and testatment
of Margret Chreetch of the parish of KK Maughold
wife of Hugh Chreetch of the foresd parish who depart=
=ed this life about the 26th of May last past being
at perfect mind & memory at the making hereof
First: she committed her soull to god and body to a
christian burial
Item: she left to her daughter Margret five shillings
and a sheep and lamb if therein
Item: she left to her son Hugh half a cow if the sd Hugh
should come for the sd cow
Lastly she nominated constituted and apointed
her husband and her son Robert and her daugh=
=ter Mary sole and whole Exectrs of all the rest
of his goods and effects moveable and immoveable
of what kind or nature soever.

At a Court of Correction holden at Lezayre Feb: 26 1772

Hugh Creetch husband of one of the Execrs named by
the above Testr having survived his wife some months
& previous to his death having nominated & appointed
his son Robt & Daur Mary above named Excrs of his will, they the sd
Robt & Mary are thereupon sworn duly fulfill the
last Will & Testamt of their mother Margt Creetch
to pay her just debts as far as the goods will extend &
the Law shall bind, as also to be just the one to the
other in the devision of the goods & have given Pledges
in form of Law namely Edwd Callow of Ballaskeige
 Wm Callow of Ballahaugen both of KK Maughold
