The last will and testament of Elizabeth Kelly als Caine of the parish of KK
Michael who being of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof. First she
comitted her soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item she left unto her grandson William Garrett four pounds in the hands of
William Quiggin and forty shillings more to Will Garrett her said grandson
as legacy with half of the web of fleddin as legacy.
Item to her daughter Jane the other half of the web of fleddin and the
coverlet thread and forty shilling as legacy.
Item she left unto her daughter Ellinor Thos Garrett's wife, two pewter
dishes legacy.
Item she left unto her granddaugher Ellinor Garrett a gown.
Item she left unto daughter Christian Kelly ten pounds that is in the hands
of Willm Stephen for her, a great chest for her and all that is therein and
the best feather bed and the bolster as legacy together with the half of
thirty five yards linen cloath for her said daughter Christian excepting
what is  belonging to her sister Elizabeth Kelly in the great chest.
Item to her son Robert Kelly a brown cow and twenty shillings and three
pounds out of his sister Elizabeth Kelly's share and half of the sacks web
and a feather bed and the best bolster and half a coult as legacy.
Item to her grandson Robert Kelly's son John forty shillings legacy.
Item to her son John Kelly a chair and table and the frame and the great
latther and her part of a mare as legacy.
Item she left to Elizabeth's daughter forty shillings and a little chest as
legacy.
Item she left on her daughter Elizabeth Kelly to give her son Robert a shirt
out of part of the linnen.
Item she left unto her brother John Caine five shillings for looking over
her daughter Christian Kelly.
Item she left unto her daughter Elizabeth Kelly the dresser as legacy. And
lastly she nominated and appointed her said daughters Elizabeth and
Christian Kelly sole executors of all the rest of her good moveable and
immoveable whatsoever.
Item to the witnesses one shilling and nine pence each.

Robert Kelly and Elizabeth Kelly children of Elizabeth Kelly deceased also
William Garrett nephew of the testatrix do acknowledge to have rec'd from
Christian Kelly one of the executors of the last will and testament of the
said Elizth Kelly dec'd all the money and goods bequeath to each of them
respectively by the said Elizabeth Kelly and do hereby exonerate acquit and
discharge the said executors and every other person of the same and every
part thereof.
As witness our names and marks this 14th day of January in the year of our
Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one.
