Lezayre At a Chapter Court holden
at Lezayre  June 10. 1773 ~

John Garret departed this Life on or about the
27th day of march last Intestate – The Court having
Intelligence thereof Decrees his four Brothers ~
namely Danl, Willm, Joseph & Thos Garret joint
Adminos of all his Goods & Chattels whatsoever -- they are
thereupon sworn duly to administer the Goods of the
Decd as also to be just the one to the other in the
devision of the Goods & have given Pledges in form of Law
namely Wm Garret  John Kneale of Balla-Cowle both of Lezayre

John Quark enters a Claim agst the Admrs of
John Garrett for the Sum of £0~19~ 1 ½
