           At a Chapter Court holden at }
           Lezayre Novr 15th 1774        }
           
John Corkish departed this Life on or about the
3d Day of Sepbr last past Intestate. The Court
upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed his Two
Children namely Mark & Mary Corkish sole & joint
Adminrs of all his Goods & Chattels moveable &
immoveable whatsoever, Daniel his eldest Son having
been provided for by Marriage Contract - Whereupon
they the sd Mark & Mary are sworn well & truly to
administer the Goods of the Intestate, to pay all his
just Debts so far as the Goods will extend & the
Law shall bind & to be true & faithful to each
other in the Division of the Goods & have given
Pledges in Form of Law; namely Wm Sayle of
Ballargy & John Garret both of KK Bride.
