This is affirmed to be the last will and
testament of Ewan Kinread who being of
perfect mind and memory at the making
thereof First he committed his soul to God
secondly his body to a Christian burial
Item He bequeathed and left to his three sons
John William and Thomas Kinread three shill
ings a piece
Item He bequeathed and left to his daughter
Ann Kinread two shillings.
Item He bequeathed and left to his daughter
Elizabeth Kinread three shillings.
Item He lastly bequeathed and left his son
Mathias Kinread sole and whole executor
of all the rest of his goods whatsoever.

The Executr is sworn in Court in form of law &
undertakes the tuition & maintenance of the
child under age & his goods & has given
pledges for the payment of debts and
